VEGETATION MANAGEMENT 101, THE BASICS

This 1-day course was developed for employees who are not utility arborists but may influence long-term vegetation management efforts. Tailored specifically for customer service representatives, line workers and line designers, this course provides information on such topics as basic utility arboriculture, customer service skills, pruning cycles, scheduling, emergency response, and long-term service reliability.

This is also an excellent introductory course for new employees or students interested in pursuing a career as a utility arborist.
